Shirley Faye Cowing

Shirley F. Cowing, 83, formerly of Princeton, IN, passed away Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Transcendent Healthcare of Owensville. She was born on Wednesday, December 11, 1940, in Princeton, IN, the daughter of Daniel and Callie Douglas Miller, both of whom precede. She was a waitress for 30 years in California. 

Shirley is survived by her brother, Paul (Elaine) Miller of Princeton, and her nieces and nephews: Philip Miller, Tim Miller, Jason Miller, Selena Clark, Kaye Montgomery, Rose Azzarello, Chris Hale, Kris Hale, Keith Hale, Kathy Block, Judy Sloan, Debra Helsley, Terry McGregor, Mary Freyer and Susan Gray. Other survivors include Shirley’s sister-in-law, Sandra Hale, and cousin, Carol Mason.

Shirley is preceded in death by her parents and her brothers John, Jesse, Joe, and Frank Hale.

As Shirley wished, cremation will take place and no services will be held.
