Lauretta Jean Bryant

Lauretta Jean Bryant, 92, of Princeton, IN, passed on to her heavenly home with her family by her side on Sunday, November 24, 2024. Lauretta was born on Saturday, October 15,1932 in Gibson County, IN to Paul Errol and Ella Myrtle (Dearing) Gatewood, both of whom precede. 

On July 21, 1964, in Princeton, IN, she married Ronald G. Bryant, who preceded her in death September 26, 2014. Lauretta was a lifelong area resident and worked for G.C. Murphy on Princeton's downtown square for 32 years. She attended Bethel Memorial Church in Princeton.

Lauretta is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Bryant, of Princeton, IN. Lauretta is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ronald; her three brothers, Paul, Donald, and Harley; as well as three sisters, Mary Elizabeth Hale, Thelma Pearl Mason, and Marilyn Ellis.

There will be a visitation on Friday, November, 29, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her funeral service at 11:00 a.m., both at Doyle Funeral Home, 520 S. Main Street, Princeton, IN, with Pastor Kevin Wilson officiating the service. Internment will follow in Columbia White Church Cemetery, also in Princeton.
